Roza Zipper has continuously
enlarged its business volume and activities by the help of it's business
experiences that formed throughout many years. Just after our
establishment, we have made the required structural investments by
taking market needs and changes that lied in the structure of the sector
into consideration. Thanks to these investments today, Roza Zipper has
reached the production capacity of supplying to the all over the world.
We directly exported 40 percent of our production to Europe, Middle
East, Russia and India in 2004. The remained 60 percent of our
production was supplied to domestic producers who
adopt quality production as a principle. Thus, the
large part of the 60 percent of our production was indirectly exported
to all part of the world mainly European and North American markets.
Turkish economy succeeded in becoming the world
fastest growing economy by growing 9,9 percent in 2004. By realizing the
fastest growing speed of its latest 40 years, according to IMF data,
Turkey became the world’s largest 21sth economy by its 300,1 billion
dollar GNP. Turkish textile and ready-made clothes industry create
approximately 11-12 percent of GNP which is a quite large and important
portion. The industry has a big dynamic in the economy by producing 10
percent of the industrial production and employing 6 percent of total
work force. The zipper sector has played quite an important role in this
dynamic by its large proportion in textile and ready-made clothes
industry as a side-industry. Despite this, the
increase and variation in the customer needs, continual and speed
progress in technology and intensification of the international
competitiveness all of which stem from globalization become a threat for
the sector which does not operate according to the requirements of the
new business model.
In the next period, Roza Zipper has targeted to
supply quality products which will satisfy customer expectations and to
develop its institutional structure by generally evaluating the fact of
globalization and specifically considering the market’s needs and the
evaluation of the sector in the world. Our general purpose is to
propagate the existed reciprocal interests among Roza, customer and
society. We are targeting to realize this purpose by not making
concession from our quality policy, becoming continuously open to
changes in technology and sector, trying to make new values and
standards and creating innovations. With all our opportunities and
possibilities, we are working to fulfill this target.
I believe that
as long as quality customers exist, and thus Roza will keep on existing.
